The Bulldogs picked up a big road win against the Wolves and upgraded their record to 19-5 on the year and 9-2 in conference. Waldron was down 13-2 early in the game. Not one to stay down, the Bulldogs used a Ruben Valdez putback at the buzzer of the second quarter to put the Bulldogs up 33-26 at the half. “Lincoln never went away and hit some big-time shots but the Bulldogs answered every run that Lincoln went on,” said Coach Joshua Brown. “We didn’t have our best game defensively but got some stops when we had to have them!” Payton Brown finished the night with 33 points and Drew Dozier had 15. Mason Ford made 6 points including a dunk shot. Gada Wagner put up 6 points as well and Isaac Villareal pitched in 5. Ruben Valdez and Caden Fuller secured 2 points each.

The (2-9) Lady Bulldogs competed hard right up until the final buzzer. Senior Mackinzie Callahan led her team with an incredible 24 points. Coach Josh Atchely had this to say about his Lady Bulldogs. “On a team full of seniors we have to find a consistent fire to compete for in each and every game. I’m proud of the girls for continuing to compete but actions reflect priorities and we need that mindset in every game.”
