Public Notice: Scott County District Court

Citizens of Scott County,
City of Waldron, and the City Mansfield

February 13, 2020

The Scott County District Court will be undergoing a conversion to the Arkansas Office of the Courts program, Contexte. The court will start the data entry portion of the conversion February 18, 2020. If you have received a citation in the last 30 days and you were given a court date of March 4th or March 19th, please contact the court, it is possible your court date has changed. We will issue notices to all defendants whose court dates are subject to change. If your mailing address has changed, please contact the court so that notice can be mailed to the proper address.

New payment options are available. You can still mail your payments to the courts address, or make payments in person. However the court would like to encourage online payments to help eliminate overcrowding. Payments will be accepted at after March 2nd. My Fine Payment will no longer be accepted. If this is your regular payment method, we would ask that you please consider new options.

We would also like to ask the community for patience and understanding as we undergo this new, and exciting change. We look forward to being able to assit you all as we merge into Contexte that will provide you with Public Court Connect.
