Lamb has attained many accolades over the years, working and advocating for students across the state as the former director of the Alternate Learning Environment for the State of Arkansas. Howard has continued to thrive and flourish at Mansfield Middle School. She has been with the Mansfield School District for many years. During the COVID-19 school closure, Howard was featured in the Department of Education’s statewide district memo, featuring over 500 of her projects.
