David Millard was sworn in at the Scott County Courthouse on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Millard will serve a four year term as Mayor of the City of Waldron.
Millard was chosen by voters in the November 2018 election. Also being sworn in were members of the Waldron City Council, including Eddie Hutchens, June Haas, Paige Cupit, Dawna Young and Gary Nelson. Alderman Dave Tull was unable to attend the ceremony, but will be sworn in at a later date.
Millard said he is “excited to jump in with both feet and get started.”
