The Mansfield Jr High Volleyball team let loose and had a little pre-season fun Thursday evening. The girls got together to eat, have a water balloon fight, play some corn hole and ended the party with a movie outside under the stars. It was a great way to relax and bond before season starts.
Coach Erica McKay had this to say about her girls “We have talent, but it takes more than that. We are continuing to develop as a team. We have a few freshman girls that have really stepped up to lead this team and you can see the effects during practice. They are starting to work very well with one another and this pre-season party helps to continue to grow that bond among them.”
The Jr High Volleyball team will play their first game in Hackett on August 27th at 4pm.
