8. Wastewater Treatment Plant – (Director of Public Works / Landmark Engineers)
   • ADEQ Violations
     1. Engineering Firm written plan to remediate these violations and to prevent any in the future.
     2. Assistance from Engineering Firm to provide support on potential fines we may receive.
   • Smell
   • Pump Repair / Replacement
   • Scott County Judge Offering Assistance with sludge removal if needed.
   • Status – State support for Juvenile Services.
   • Continued Council Open Discussion about wastewater with Engineers.
9. Personnel – Clarification of Director of Public Works Pay regarding salary and overtime.
