Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
James M Beaver of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 26 at 7:05 p.m. and released March 1 at 12:45 a.m. Beaver was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Kyler Allen Boyd of Waldron was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 5:47 p.m. and released on signature bond February 25 at 1:16 a.m. Boyd was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, and theft of property <$1k.

Michael Glen Cowan of Bonanza was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 25 at 9:46 a.m. and released on bond February 25 at 8:02 p.m. Cowan was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine,) and petition to revoke – misdemeanor.

Braydon Allen Green of Bonanza was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 5:37 p.m. and released on signature bond February 25 at 2:05 p.m. Green was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Justin Lane Hawkins of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 28 at 1:30 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond February 28 at 2:21 p.m. Hawkins was charged with breaking or entering – building, structure or vehicle, public intoxication – annoyance and minor in possession.

Corey Justin Turner of Bonanza was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 26 at 7 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Turner was charged with driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked.

Arresting Agency – Mansfield Police Department:
Ashley Rochelle Calderon of Poteau, OK was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 21 at 11 p.m. and released to an outside agency on February 22 at 10:31 a.m. Calderon was charged with assist outside agency-felony.

Corey Alexander Carver of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 28 at 11:06 p.m. and released on signature bond March 1 at 3:09 a.m. Carver was charged with contempt of court – (child support), FTAS, FTRespond, subpoena, FTComply WCO, possession of controlled substance – schedule VI misdemeanor <4oz., driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked, and no liability insurance.

Chance Edward Farley of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 27 at 10:19 a.m. and released on signature bond February 27 at 10:07 p.m. Farley was charged with driving while license canceled/suspended/revoked, no liability insurance, speeding over posted limit 11-14 over, and possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g.

Emily Meryl Foote of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 5:03 p.m. and released on signature bond February 25 at 2:19 a.m. Foote was charged with contempt-willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Tyler James Jachera of Mansfield was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 9:16 p.m. and released on signature bond February 25 at 2:14 a.m. Jachera was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Brittany Evelyn Leroux of Fort Smith was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 26 at 9:05 p.m. and released on legally sufficient bond February 27 at 1:14 a.m. Leroux was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Arresting Agency – Hartford Police Department:
Amber Rose Castro of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 21 at 12:32 a.m. and released on signature bond February 21 at 1:27 a.m. Castro was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia – store or conceal – other, three counts of possession of controlled substance – schedule VI misdemeanor <4oz., and driving on suspended or revoked DL.

Promise Chyanne Hill of Hartford was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 27 at 3:13 p.m. and released on bond March 1 at 1:13 p.m. Hill was charged with contempt – willful disobedience (failure to pay fine,) and failure to appear – class A misdemeanor.

Andrew Gregory Hrenchir of Greenwood was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 25 at 1:20 p.m. and released on bond March 1 at 7:58 p.m. Hrenchir was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanor, and contempt of court – (child support), FTAS, FTRespond, subpoena, FTComply WCO.

Arresting Agency – Bonanza Police Department:
Kristie Charlene Hargrove of Pocola, OK was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 23 at 9:05 p.m. and transferred to another agency on March 1 at 12:06 p.m. Hargrove was charged as a fugitive from justice – out of state.

Arresting Agency – Greenwood Police Department:
Bernard R Jacobs of Waldron was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on March 1 at 2:30 p.m. and released on signature bond March 1 at 8:18 p.m. Jacobs was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Joshua Daniel Norris of Waldron was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 12:40 p.m. and released on signature bond February 24 at 9:11 p.m. Norris was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia – ingest meth/cocaine.

Austin Lee Shelly of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 24 at 1:29 p.m. and released on signature bond February 24 at 9:18 p.m. Shelly was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g, and possession of drug paraphernalia – felony.

Arresting Agency – Arkansas State Police:
James Dalton Levi Jamison of Hartford was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 28 at 1:05 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond February 28 at 3:27 a.m. Jamison was charged with driving while intoxicated, 1st offense, and driving left of center/improper overtaking or passing.

Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Kristina Nicole Russell of Midland was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on February 21 at 8:51 a.m. and released to an outside agency on February 21 at 2:56 p.m. Russell was charged with public intoxication – danger to self or others, disorderly conduct – obscene language or gesture, and assist outside agency – misdemeanor.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
