Arresting Agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:

Brandy Marie Bridges of Charleston was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 20 at 2:33 p.m. and is a commitment hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Melissa Rae Davis of Magazine was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 21 at 10:08 a.m. and released on signature bond October 21 at 5:33 p.m. Davis was charged with failure to appear – class C felony.

Tonyia J Heard of Charleston was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 24 at 4:48 p.m. and released on signature bond October 24 at 8:41 p.m. Heard was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Kevin Lee Pence of Lavaca was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 20 at 3:15 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Pence was charged with petition to revoke – misdemeanor.

Seantelle Christine Ruge of Barling was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 21 at 9:48 a.m. and released on October 22 at 12:27 p.m. Ruge was charged with theft of property <$1k.

Corey Justin Turner of Bonanza was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 22 at 12:39 p.m. and released on signature bond October 22 at 2:51 p.m. Turner was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Rebecca L Wilson of Barling was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 20 at 1:02 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Wilson was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class C felonies.

Arresting Agency – Fort Smith Police Department:

Elisha Necole Hankins of Lavaca was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 21 at 5:15 p.m. and released on signature bond October 21 at 11:40 p.m. Hankins was charged with possession of controlled substance – schedule I/II felony <2g.

Arresting Agency – Lavaca Police Department:

Jerry Lee Ibison of Lavaca was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 23 at 2:50 a.m. and released on signature bond October 23 at 5:23 a.m. Ibison was charged with two counts of failure to appear – class B misdemeanors.

Arresting Agency – Barling Police Department:

James Thomas Parent of Barling was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 20 at 11:24 a.m. and released on legally sufficient bond October 20 at 9:40 p.m. Parent was charged with assault on family or household member-3rd degree.

Euribe Ruddy Smith of Barling was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 24 at 8:45 p.m. and released on signature bond October 24 at 11:05 p.m. Ruddy was charged with contempt-willful disobedience (failure to pay fine.)

Arresting Agency – Waldron Police Department:

Greg Brumbelow of Boles was arrested October 11 for failure to appear.

Donnie G. Childers of Waldron was arrested October 12 on two felony bench warrants.

Jessica Trager of Waldron was arrested October 12 on a felony warrant.

Daylon D. Yandell of Waldorn was arrested October 13 on a felony warrant.

Christopher Conner of Waldron was arrested October 13 on a felony bench warrant.

Jaren Ridenhour of Waldron was arrested October 19 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Joey Robbins of Chester, AR was arrested October 20 on a warrant out of Crawford County. Robbins was also cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license and speeding.

Richard Bates of Waldron was arrested October 22 on a felony warrant. Bates was also charged with possession of a controlled substance/schedule I or II, possession of a firearm by certain persons, endangering the welfare of a minor and resisting arrest.

James E. Harrison of Waldron was arrested October 22 on a parole violation warrant, and was also cited for fleeing.

Eloy Martinez of Waldron was arrested October 21 for possession of a controlled substance/felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia/felony.

Barbara Slate of Waldron was arrested October 25 on a probation violation warrant.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
