Arresting agency – Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office:
Benjamin Black of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 16 at 12:05 a.m. and released on signature bond October 16 at 1:41 a.m. Black was charged with failure to appear – class A misdemeanor.

Robert Charles Boyd of Mansfield was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 14 at 11 a.m. and remains on hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Kenneth Joseph Nickell of Bonanza was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 15 at 12:15 p.m. and remains on hold for the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Arresting agency – Bonanza Police Department:
John Glenn Widmer of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 13 at 7:15 p.m. and released on signature bond October 14 at 1:30 a.m. Widmer was charged with criminal trespass.

Arresting agency – Fort Smith Police Department:
Jeffery Scott Smith of Mansfield was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 16 at 12:08 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Smith was charged with possession of methamphetamine <2g, possession of drug paraphernalia – misdemeanor, and tampering with physical evidence.

Dustin Wayne Tankersley of Hackett was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 16 at 1:15 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Tankersley was charged with failure to appear – class A misdemeanor, failure to appear – class C felony, parole violation, and absconding.

Arresting agency – Huntington Police Department:
James Edwards Trotter of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 13 at 10 p.m. and released on signature bond on October 14 at 1:22 a.m. Trotter was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

Arresting agency – Mansfield Police Department:
Johnnie Lee Witt of Huntington was booked into the Sebastian County Detention Center on October 14 at 9:50 p.m. and remains at the SCADC. Witt was charged with failure to appear – class B misdemeanor.

**The charges against those arrested are allegations and the cases are still pending in the courts.**
